Family B — Evidence Readiness & Integrity

Can you produce a complete audit trail?

This is an independent check of whether your system's evidence is actually reviewable by someone outside your team — before an auditor, buyer, or outside reviewer asks.

Opens your email app with the intake questions pre-filled.

Fit / not-fit

This fits if

  • You face, or anticipate, an audit, procurement review, or outside question about evidence.
  • You want to know before someone else asks.
  • You have an existing AI system with logs or records, even imperfect ones.

This is not a fit if

  • You want generic AI-readiness strategy consulting.
  • You have no AI system in production or near production.

What the finding looks like

Illustrative only — no real client, no real finding, no protected methodology:

Evidence export was reviewable for 3 of 5 sampled access events; the remaining 2 traced to a shared service account with no per-request attribution — flagged as the primary gap an external reviewer would find first.

Limitations

Not a compliance certification, not a legal opinion, not a guarantee of passing any specific audit. Findings are technical, not legal.

After a fit reply: Statement of Work

A short SOW states which depth (clinic or full audit), the artifact set, and the applicable fee. No success fee. Work starts after written acceptance. Sending the SOW is a human step.

Payment — after an accepted SOW

No self-serve checkout tile on this page. Family B engagements are invoiced after a signed SOW (intended US PayPal Invoice in USD; Payoneer backup). That invoice rail is not proved end-to-end.

Contra identity is verified and receiving rails are present. A one-time founding Band A link exists for the separate incident-reconstruction door — not for this family. Do not use that link for a clinic or readiness audit. Guest checkout without a Contra account has been verified on that incident link. A real charge settling, and payout after funds arrive, have not been exercised.
