Process
How an engagement actually runs.
The work is diagnosis and written finding. It is not implementation, remediation, monitoring, or a certificate.
Fit check
You reply with the situation. A short exchange confirms whether a family fits. If it does not, that is the end of the path — not a funnel trick.
Evidence intake
You export the record (trace, logs, decision artifacts, connector list). Sensitive material stays off this site. Scope is written before review starts.
Statement of Work
A short, specific SOW states the artifact set, the fee from the accepted grid, and the limits. Work starts after written acceptance. The template exists; sending it is a human step for that engagement.
Bounded review
Independent examination inside the agreed scope. What the record does not contain is recorded as a gap, not filled in.
Finding, then payment reality
A human releases the written finding. Delivery follows payment on that SOW. A Contra one-time link exists for founding Band A incident reconstruction and is issued after an accepted SOW — it is not a homepage checkout tile. Guest checkout without a Contra account has been verified. A real charge settling, and payout after funds arrive, have not been exercised.
