Objections
The usual substitutes, and why they are a different job.
- Can’t our tracing platform already do this?
- A dashboard shows spans. It does not produce an independent, exportable finding for someone outside the team. Those are different artifacts.
- We already pass our internal reviews.
- Internal review is not the same as independently reviewable evidence. The question this work answers is whether an outsider can reconstruct what the record supports.
- Is this AI strategy consulting?
- No. The unit of work is a bounded evidence set, not a roadmap or operating model.
- Is this an IAM or access-control product?
- No. Identity products list who exists. Boundary review asks what an agent can actually do once connected.
- Is this a penetration test?
- No. Different question, different method, different report. Point-in-time evidence review is not a pentest.
- Will we get a maturity score or a certificate?
- No. A number on a scale is not evidence. No certificate, mark, or legal opinion is issued.
- Can you just pick which model is right?
- No. Where models disagree on a material decision, the disagreement is preserved for a human to adjudicate on the record.
- Do you fix the agent?
- No. Diagnosis and written finding only. Implementation and remediation are out of scope.
- Is there a live checkout?
- Not on this site. The path is reply, fit check, written SOW, then payment instruction. After an accepted SOW, a Contra one-time link exists for founding Band A incident reconstruction. Guest checkout without a Contra account has been verified. A real charge settling, and payout after funds arrive, have not been exercised. Other offers use a direct invoice whose collection path is also not proved end-to-end.
- Do you have case studies and customers to show?
- No public customer counts or case-study metrics are claimed. Trust is supposed to come from scope limits, not from invented logos.
